Child safety seat recall scope:

According to its statistics, a total of 6,601 child car safety seats are involved in mainland China, the product models are MY RIDE 65 and NAUTILUS, the product numbers are 8L00ALM, 8L00CDE and 8J00BRV, and the sales dates are from 2009 to 2012.

Reason for recall:

The products within the above range may have the following safety hazards: The Amsafe QT fasteners used in the products are easily dirty. It uses a hinged button and a sliding part is designed in the buckle to release the buckle tongue. The lock is very sensitive to the force used when opening. When an adult presses the button of the lock, he must press the middle part of the lock button, so that the lock release effect is better. However, the sliding part is composed of two plastic parts, and one part is slid to drive the other part. When there is dirt (mainly the cured viscous liquid), it will cause the sliding button to become sticky, which requires a greater force when opening the buckle. It is inferred that the buckle may not be able to be opened in an emergency.

In order to eliminate hidden dangers, Apulijia (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. decided to provide consumers with new and improved fasteners for free.
