So today we invited 3 owners of LaCrosse to hear what they said about this model of LaCrosse after using it in person for a period of time.

Mr. Tian, 40 years old this year, is engaged in the financial industry. He bought the current LaCrosse 2.0T Comfort Edition in March 2012. The vehicle has traveled 12,306 kilometers. Mr. Tian is the only 2.0T car owner in this car owner interview. As for why we chose the LaCrosse and turbocharged models, let us start with the car selection.

◆ About choosing a car

     In the car selection stage, Mr. Tian has also seen Skoda Hao Rui, Ford Mondeo-Zhisheng and Volkswagen Passat. The reason for abandoning Hao Rui is that the appearance is not large enough and the style is not business enough, and the reason why Mondeo-Zhisheng lost the election also stems from this. For Passat, Mr. Tian thinks that its price is too expensive and the price is not high. Moreover, Mr. Tian is also quite disgusted with the popular doll-like front face design. In addition, the DSG gearbox is also one of the reasons why it passed by Mr. Tian.

◆ Satisfaction

    Mr. Tian's satisfaction with LaCrosse mainly focuses on appearance, seat and power. I don’t need to say that you’ve guessed the appearance. The atmosphere and luxury should be the common view of all LaCrosse owners. The comfortable seats and heating function also impressed Mr. Tian. In addition, he is also very impressed by the power provided by this 2.0T engine. It is also full of praise.

◆ Shortcomings

Regarding the deficiencies of Lacrosse, Mr. Tian briefly summarized two points. The first is the problem of the A-pillar blocking the line of sight. We asked him to describe it in three words: mild, moderate and severe. The answer we got was “quite serious”. In addition to the vision problem, Mr. Tian also said that after his car had driven 5000km, abnormal noises began to be generated in the car, which could not be resolved after contacting the 4S shop.

For his LaCrosse, Mr. Tian finally gave him a high score of 85. The atmospheric appearance, comfortable riding experience and abundant power are all good impressions left by LaCrosse, although the vision and abnormal noise are also very good in use. ◆ About choosing a car

Mr. He also paid attention to the Volkswagen Magotan, Chevrolet Malibu and Peugeot 508 when choosing the car. Finally, because of concerns about DSG and oil burning, Mr. He gave up the Magotan, but excluding the 508 because of the feeling that the fuel consumption is high and the appearance is not obvious. Grade, as for the reason for Malibao's rejection, it is a bit tragic. Mr. He's family doesn't like Chevrolet's LOGO.

◆ Satisfaction

Mr. He, who is still in the honeymoon period with his car, is a treasure to the goodness of Lacrosse. The spacious space and good comfort make him and his family very satisfied, and the appearance of OnStar helped him solve the navigation and winter heat. And a series of questions, easy to operate and easy to use.

◆ Shortcomings

Similar to the previous owner, Mr. Tian, Mr. He also mentioned the problem of LaCrosse’s vision, but in terms of degree, he just felt that there was a little bit, not a big problem. The poor recognition of the intelligent voice system is the second problem raised by Mr. He. Some basic commands need to be repeated many times to recognize the vehicle, and the experience is not very good.

During the five months with his car, what Mr. He felt more was the comfort and convenience of LaCrosse. For this LaCrosse, Mr. He gave a high score of 95 points, and attached a sentence of “very satisfied”. As for I don’t think you need to worry about that 5 points.     The last car owner in this interview, Mr. Li, is 29 years old and works in the media industry. I bought this LaCrosse 2.4L SIDI luxury version in April 2013. The vehicle has traveled 12,407 kilometers so far. At present, Mr. Li feels that the high-pressure oil pump is leaking, but he did not go to the 4S shop for final confirmation.

◆ About choosing a car

    When choosing a car, Mr. Li not only looked at sedans such as the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, but also became interested in SUVs such as the BMW X1 and Audi Q3. However, after some trade-offs, Mr. Li chose the Buick LaCrosse. Investigate the reasons. Mainly because the maintenance price of the Mercedes-Benz C-class is too high, the configuration of the BMW X1 is too low and the Audi Q3 is not available.

◆ Satisfaction

Regarding the satisfaction of LaCrosse, Mr. Li mainly focused on configuration and comfort. In terms of configuration, the 5.1-channel Harman Kardon audio provided by the 2.4L deluxe version has been highly praised by Mr. Li, and he is also very satisfied with the powerful OnStar. In terms of comfort, the spacious space and active shock absorption system have made great contributions.

◆ Shortcomings

Mr. Li is the only car owner who complained about the smoothness of the gearbox in this interview. In his opinion, the gearbox equipped with LaCrosse will cause a certain setback when decelerating and downshifting, and downshifting when overtaking. It's also a bit procrastinated. In addition, Mr. Li also believes that the trunk space of LaCrosse is not as large as imagined, and the volume is not ideal.

Through this interview, we found that after a period of use, the three car owners still recognized the overall performance of the LaCrosse.
