The F1 American Grand Prix has signed a 10-year contract with FOM (F1 Management Company), and the commission fee is 25 million US dollars per year. The local government approved the $250 million budget, but it caused two problems. On the one hand, it comes from taxpayers who strongly oppose the use of the funds for holding F1 competitions. The taxpayers believe that “the promoters of the F1 American Grand Prix illegally looted public funds, and the local public education system does not receive sufficient funding”, but the government does not No change in decision. On the other hand, the former promoter FTP company hopes to receive government funding as soon as possible, but the government stated that it can only pay after the competition is successfully held and tax has been contributed.

Afterwards, complicated contract disputes led to disagreements between the event promoter and the track builder. The construction of the Austin Circuit was forced to stop, and the FTP company also lost the previous contract due to breach of contract. In the end, the track builder America Speedway Company became the new promoter. They paid the contracting fee to FOM and got a new contract, and the track construction was resumed immediately. However, in March 2012, the American Speedway Company was sued by the FTP company again, and the F1 American Grand Prix was once again in dispute. Whether the new track can be built before the start of the race on November 18 this year is still unknown.

2. India Buddha Circuit

At the end of October 2011, India successfully hosted the first F1 Grand Prix. Of course, the new Buddha circuit still has a lot of details that need to be strengthened. The problem of the track itself is also very serious. 4. Shanghai Circuit, China
