[YesAuto New Energy] “Two people in a car, long-distance self-driving”, it sounds a bit “poetry and distant” petty-bourgeois romance, but if the car is replaced by a pure electric car, can it be “romantic” “Get up? Or are there only “waves” left? Today, when pure electric vehicles are more popular, this is the original intention of our brand-new column-“EV Road Book”. In this column, my old friend Xu Bo “South City Big Bo”-two “old men” who are over 70 years old together will drive a pure electric vehicle for long-distance self-driving tours. The actual experience is pure The various “suffers and pleasures” encountered in the long-distance travel of electric vehicles; we will not only fully record the various problems encountered during the journey, but also make suggestions for the charging strategy of the current travel route for the majority of new energy car lovers; of course; , The various natural and cultural landscapes, food and entertainment experience at the destination of the journey will also be provided for you.

In this issue, you will be able to see:

★ Beijing ⇋ Luoyang round trip 800km each, using different charging strategies (aggressive 10%-90% and conservative 30%-80%) time/cost difference (the outbound journey on the road almost; the return journey from charging to vomiting);

★ Luoyang/Anyang charging point recommendation and pit avoidance guide;

★ The birthplace of the Chinese nation and the Chinese civilization-precious exhibits and Henan local delicacies displayed in the Museum of the Relics of the Xia and Shang Dynasties (and Dayu Xia Jie say hello; the Boss of the Fengshen is against the heroes?).

Destination selection and efficiency comparison of different charging strategies

In the beginning of the new column of long-distance self-driving, you must choose the destination carefully. Since you are driving a pure electric vehicle, you must first ensure that there are more complete charging facilities during the journey and the destination; secondly, because it is also integrated during the round trip In the efficiency comparison link of different charging strategies, the mileage of the journey should not be too long (the time is limited, and the time cost is too high for a single journey to take more than 1 day), nor too short (too few charging times can not reflect the efficiency of different charging strategies) difference);

“Pay attention to” is not only reflected in the consideration of mileage. Since it is the first issue of the column, it is also very important to find a good and interesting place with a sense of ritual. Taking into account the above needs, we finally “locked” the destination of this issue to the ancient capital of the thirteen dynasties. Luoyang, Henan.

Considering that the service area along Lianhuo Expressway is more complete in terms of charging facilities construction than the service area of Hebao Expressway, our route is determined as: Beijing-Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway-Lianhuo Expressway-Erguang Expressway-Luoyang, The whole distance is about 800km. The advantage of this line is that, except for individual service areas (such as the Henan-Hebei border service area), most service areas along the way have charging facilities.

At the same time, in order to verify whether different charging strategies will have a greater impact on the efficiency of long-distance driving of pure electric vehicles, we adopted a more aggressive 10%-90% charging strategy during the 800km journey of the outbound journey, that is, according to the distribution of charging stations Circumstances, after using the power to about 10% or even lower, enter the station to make up the power to more than 90%, and then cycle until reaching the destination, and calculate the travel time and charging time; when returning, use the battery life more favorable 30%-80% of the charging strategy until the destination is reached, the travel time and charging time are also calculated, and finally the difference in time cost of the two charging strategies is compared.

Vehicle introduction, pre-trip inspection

The vehicle used in this issue of “EV Road Book” is a Weimar EX6 Plus, the first founder version, which is priced at 239,900 yuan after subsidies, and has a NEDC battery life of 505km. Considerable endurance performance is one of the important reasons why we chose this car this time. After all, the longer high-speed endurance means that the charging times will not be very frequent and the time spent on the road will be shorter.

Before high-speed and long-distance self-driving, you need to conduct necessary travel inspections for the vehicles. We came to the Longheweima Asian Games Village store in Changping District, Beijing to conduct regular inspections of the vehicles. It should be noted that the current two models of Weimar Motors-Weimar EX5 and Weimar EX6 Plus are free of charge for regular inspections (including oil, chassis, tires, wiring harnesses, etc.), which are not included in pure electric vehicles. Rarely.

◆ Time cost calculation and suggestions for different charging strategies

I caught up with the morning peak when I set off, and it took about 40 minutes to get on the expressway in downtown Beijing. When calculating the time cost of the outbound journey and the return journey, we will calculate the total driving time separately from the charging time, so as to avoid time delays caused by accidents that affect the final results.

It should be noted that during the actual round-trip rush, we basically maintained the speed at about 110km/h-115km/h on the 120km/h section of the speed limit; while in other sections of the speed limit, we all drove at the upper limit speed, and The expressway also began to fluctuate after entering the Henan section. Under the objective conditions of frequent speed changes and more up and down slopes, the actual endurance of the Weimar EX6 is compared to the results we achieved in the EV AH-100 test before. There is a slight difference.

Adopting a 10-90% charging strategy, the Weimar EX6 Plus travels at a speed of about 110km/h, and the recharge interval mileage is about 210-250km. When the vehicle passes through the Zhengzhou service area, there is still about 20% of the electricity left. We are faced with a dilemma: charging in the Zhengzhou service area does not meet the standard of 10% electricity; if the vehicle is charged at the Gongyi service area at the next stop (the distance from the Zhengzhou service area is still There is about 50 kilometers), the electricity may not be enough to reach, there is a risk of being left halfway. After discussing with Dabo, I decided to take a risk and recharge in Gongyi!

We spent a total of 13 hours and 31 minutes on the outbound journey, including about 40 minutes of congestion in downtown Beijing and about 15 minutes of rest time in the high-speed service area; a total of 3 hours and 43 minutes were charged for three times, and the charge cost was 266.01 yuan.

In order for everyone to understand the charging situation of the round trip journey more intuitively, we have moved the contents of the tour in Luoyang and Anyang back (for the contents of the travel notes, please click), let me first explain the charging situation of the return journey to you. .

Before the return journey, we are now supplementing the vehicles in the Longmen service area adjacent to Erguang Expressway in the outskirts of Luoyang. We will adopt a more conservative 30%-80% charging strategy throughout the return journey. The number of recharges will obviously increase than the previous journey, but the key is to look at a single time. Can the shorter charging time make up for the time consumed by multiple stops?

According to the original plan, after we recharged the battery to 80% for the first time in the Yuanyang service area for the return journey, the next charge is expected to be in the Anyang service area. However, the temporary power outage in the Yuanyang service area slightly disrupted our return charging plan. This situation has been adjusted, crossing the Anyang service area and switching to the Cixian service area to make up electricity.

Fortunately, after leaving the Xinxiang service area, I did not encounter any accidents during the next few charging stations, but the charging time was about 30 minutes longer in the Dingzhou service area where the voltage was not stable for the fifth time.

Summary: It can be seen from the above table that almost the same line is completed at close speeds, and there is no significant difference in the total time between the two charging strategies; and although the 30-80% charging strategy is used for the return journey, the number of pit stops is too much. Frequent (including the Yuanyang service area has reached 2 times the outbound journey), but the overall charging time is not significantly higher than the outbound charging time (only about 15 minutes difference, and the charging voltage in the Dingzhou service area is unstable, resulting in charging The duration is significantly higher than other service areas). Taking into account factors such as battery life and safe recharging, when driving a pure electric vehicle for high-speed and long-distance driving, we recommend a 30%-80% charging strategy.

Charging suggestions (for reference only): According to the above conclusions, a 30%-80% charging strategy that is more beneficial to battery life is adopted. Taking the Weimar EX6 Plus that was driven this time as a reference (the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has a battery life of 505km), it is recommended

The charging service area of the Beijing-Luoyang section is selected as: Baoding service area-Shijiazhuang East service area-Handan service area-Hebi service area-Gongyi service area;

The Luoyang-Beijing section charging service area is selected as: Yuanyang Service Area-Anyang Service Area-Baixiang Service Area-Dingzhou Service Area-Dingxing Service Area.

friendly reminder:

1. In the Anyang service area and the Cixian service area, there is also a “Hebei-Hebei Boundary Service Area”, which only provides gas stations and no charging facilities;

2. Regardless of the round trip, it is recommended to choose the Lianhuo Expressway with more complete charging facilities instead of the shorter Hebao Expressway.

3. During this trip, some culverts in the service area along the route (such as the Xinxiang service area) prohibit vehicles from entering U-turn, but allow people to pass through. When there is a queue at the charging station, it is impossible to choose the opposite service area to charge.

◆ Distribution and recommendation of charging points in Luoyang

After arriving in Luoyang, I did not expect to find charging piles to be a problem. First of all, the number of DC charging piles in Luoyang urban area is much less than that in Beijing, and charging apps such as State Grid and Xingxing Charging still have errors in the position of individual charging piles and AC/DC information. Wrong situation.

Take the Gucheng Road charging station located in the urban area as an example. The display position of the charging station in the App is offset from the actual position (about 500 meters). After communicating with the e-charge customer service, the customer service sent the correct location. , But the location of the charging station in the App has not been updated so far.

And another state grid charging station named “Zhongzhou East Road Business Hall”, e-charging shows that there are 1 DC charging pile and 3 AC piles at the charging station, but after the actual arrival, it was found that 4 were all AC piles. , We called the e-charging customer service number to reflect the problem, and then found that the information had been corrected.

For users who are accustomed to using the State Grid e-charging App, charging in Luoyang city is personally recommended to choose a DC charging pile located in the Longmen service area.

However, we discovered during the process of pile detection that there is a charging station operated by a charging pile operator named “Changde” in the parking lot of Kaiyuan Avenue. The station provides DC piles. The operator App shows that the city is in Luoyang. There are also several charging stations that provide DC charging piles, and the information is more abundant than e-charging and star charging.

After briefly introducing the charging facilities in Luoyang, it is finally our turn to visit. Knowing that you can’t wait, let’s start right away.

◆ Xia and Shang Dynasty relics museum tour experience, surrounding charging suggestions and Henan cuisine

Erlitou Xiadu Site Museum

Ticket price: free

Attractions recommendation index: ★★★☆☆

This attraction is worth visiting for tourists who are interested in historical and cultural landscapes, and it is also very suitable for colleges and universities at all levels to organize student tours. At present, there are few tourists and the visiting environment is very good. The museum has complete facilities and suitable temperature. All kinds of exhibits and cultural relics can be watched very quietly for a long time without being disturbed. It is comparable to photography exhibitions and painting exhibitions. In addition, the interior design of the museum itself is also Very elegant.

Charging convenience index: ★★★☆☆

We found that the charging station closer to the scenic spot is the “State Grid Yuetan Power Supply Station Charging Station”, which is about 7km away from the scenic spot. The station provides 1 60kW DC power pile and 5 AC power piles.

It is said that Pangu opened the sky, Nuwa created people, Sui people made fire, and Cangjie created characters… I believe that every friend has heard the above series of myths as the beginning of Chinese civilization when they were young. However, starting from Emperor Yao and Emperor Shun, history gradually entered the age of semi-messenger from the age of mythology, and the Xia Dynasty, where Emperor Shun was the founder, was the beginning of the Chinese hereditary dynasty. The destination selected in the first phase of the EV road book is the site of the ruins of zhen xun, one of the capitals of the Xia Dynasty-Erlitou Xiadu Site Museum.

The Erlitou Xiadu Site was excavated by the famous archaeologist Mr. Xu Xusheng in 1959. The site covers an area of about 3 square kilometers. The site contains palaces, dwellings, pottery/copper/turquoise workshops, cellars and At the same time, a large number of stoneware, pottery, jade, bronze, bone horn and clam ware were unearthed at the tombs and other relics.

Although the ruins were excavated in 1959, the Erlitou Xiadu Ruins Museum was not officially opened to the public until October 2019, so it is actually a very new tourist spot, and not many people have visited it. Its popularity is much smaller than that of many cultural and historical landscapes around Henan and even Luoyang.

The main display content of the museum is divided into three parts: “First Dynasty”, “Hehe Xiadu” and “Century Exploration”. “The First Dynasty” mainly displays the sites and unearthed cultural relics closely related to the exploration of Xia culture, as well as historical documents such as “Records of the Historian” and “Zhu Shu Ji Nian”; “Hehe Xia Du” is the exhibition area with the richest exhibits, which can show a lot of Xia Exhibits of Korean sacrificial culture, wine culture, music culture, tripod culture, jade culture, tomb system and weapon system are displayed; “Century Exploration” focuses on the excavation process of the Xiadu ruins in Erlitou and the work of many pioneers in Xia culture research. Life and academic views.

The Xiadu Ruins Museum is modern in both appearance and interior design. Although it is divided into several exhibition halls, the distribution of exhibits is relatively concentrated, which is convenient for viewing the exhibition and saves time. At the same time, the internal equipment is also very complete. In addition to the online Chinese and English voice explanations mentioned above, staff can also be paid to explain. The museum also provides wheelchairs and strollers, which is very thoughtful.

In addition to the various cultural relics exhibits in the museum, on the north side of the museum, there is the Erlitou Xiadu Ruins Park, which can be reached on foot or by a battery tour bus in the park. You can experience the long walking distance for yourself. It is recommended to take the tourists on the west side of the museum. The battery tour bus from the service center goes. But to be honest, unless you have an extreme preference for history and archaeology, I personally do not recommend visiting. The so-called ruins parks are actually just the foundations of several Xia Dynasty palaces and workshops, and the visit value is not high.

Luoyang Really Different Hotel

Consumption: 230 yuan (two persons)

Recommended taste: ★★★☆☆

Environmental recommendation : ★★★★☆

Service recommendation: ★★★☆☆

This time, the EV road book chose Luoyang, and tasting the well-known Luoyang water table dishes is also one of the important tasks. It is said that the water table is well-known. The four hot dishes ordered are all with soup. The taste is not only the meat is slightly greasy, but the peony agar-agar , Lotus soup sliced pork and honey sweet potato taste very good, the staple food is not ordered, ordering a dim sum chess cake is also very delicious.

A dim sum for two and four dishes cost a total of 230 yuan. As a time-honored brand, the price is not a slaughter. In addition, the dishes are also very local. As tourists try local specialties, it is still worth recommending.

Anyang Yinxu Museum

Ticket price: 35 yuan

Attractions recommendation index: ★★★☆☆

Compared with the Erlitou Xiadu Ruins Museum, the Anyang Yinxu Museum as a 5A-level scenic spot is more famous and has a larger scale (about 10 times the size of the Erlitou Xiadu Ruins). It is a tourist who loves history and cultural landscape. “Check in the Holy Land.”

Charging convenience index: ★★☆☆☆

The nearest charging station is the “Xinming New Energy Charging Station” under Xingxing Charging. The charging station is located at the entrance of the village named “Liusi Village”, about 11km away from the scenic spot. The station provides 4 120kW DC power piles, not a regular site, 4 charging piles are distributed along the roadside of the village.

During the Xia Dynasty's last monarch Jie (about 1654 BC-1600 BC) all kinds of obscenities (there is a beauty queen named “Mei Xi”, and historically written faint monarchs seem to be equipped with a “Beauty Beauty”), under the perverse behavior , Cheng Tang, the monarch of the princes and merchants, led his army to overthrow the rule of Xia and established the Shang Dynasty. The Shang Dynasty lasted for more than 500 years. The Yin Ruins of Anyang was called “Northern Mongolia” in ancient times. It was the capital of the late Shang Dynasty. Since the 19th monarch of the Shang Dynasty, Pan Geng moved to the capital, it was renamed Yin. It lasted 273 years until the last monarch of the Shang Dynasty was managed by Zhou. Attacked by Zhou next.

The Yin Ruins have been excavated since 1928. During the excavation process, a large number of architectural sites and cultural relics represented by oracle bone inscriptions and bronzes were unearthed, which systematically demonstrated the splendid and splendid bronze civilization of the late Shang Dynasty in China, and established the Yin Shang society as a science of faith and history. status. It was named the first of the “100 Major Archaeological Discoveries” in China in the 20th century.

Due to time constraints, we only visited the Yinxu Palace and Ancestral Temple Ruins. The inner architectural ruins are divided into three groups: A, B, and C. Group A is the royal palace and dormitory, Group B is the ancestral temple building, and Group C is the altar building.

The sunken museum displays a wealth of exhibits, including bronze, jade, bone, pottery, stone and oracle bones carved with oracle bone inscriptions. The well-known replicas of Simu Wuding and Simu Xinding are displayed here.

Compared with the Xiadu ruins in Erlitou, Anyang Yin Ruins are larger in scale, and the exhibits and relics are more scattered. It takes about 4-5 hours to visit the palace and ancestral temple ruins. If you are still interested in the Wang Tomb ruins and the Huanbei Shopping Mall ruins, it will take at least a whole day.

Anyang Shengdeli Restaurant

Consumption: 208 yuan (two persons)

Recommended taste: ★★★★☆

Environmental recommendation: ★★★★☆

Service recommendation: ★★★★☆

Although they belong to the Henan cuisine, the local specialties in Anyang and Luoyang are obviously different. In Shengdeli, a long-established local brand, we ordered several local specialties. Fried blood cakes, Yuanfu braised pork, and three non-stick dishes taste very good. Compared with the water table dishes, the amount of Yuanfu Braised Pork and Sanbuzhan is still large, enough for 4-5 people. Burning enema is similar to Northeast blood sausage. The sour taste of glutinous rice is definitely different from person to person. I like it very much. In the mouth of Dabo, it is a bowl of “rancid porridge”.

I personally think that compared to the really different Luoyang water table dishes, Shengdeli’s dishes are more suitable for my taste, plus it is also a time-honored brand with distinctive characteristics, and the price is relatively affordable. It is still worth recommending to friends who travel to Anyang.

Conclusion: In first-tier cities, we have long been accustomed to seeing pure electric vehicles of all levels and brands walking in the streets, but this trip to Henan allowed me to experience the fact that in Luoyang and Anyang. In first-tier cities, there is still a certain gap between the popularity of pure electric vehicles, the absolute number of charging facilities, and the coverage area of first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. If you do not have the objective conditions to install charging piles, driving a pure electric vehicle in Luoyang and Anyang urban areas for daily commuting, the cost, time cost and convenience of the vehicle are not satisfactory, and the population density is higher. From the perspective of the living environment in the old city of Luoyang, the large-scale laying of private electric piles is obviously not practical. It can be said that pure electric models want to be promoted in Luoyang and Anyang, which also have a large population base, without relying on policies to promote them solely through market behavior, and a lot of work is needed in related infrastructure.

In terms of long-distance travel in pure electric vehicles, taking this one-way trip of about 800km as an example, the charging cost can be reduced by about half compared with a fuel vehicle of the same level (taking a compact SUV with a high-speed endurance of about 10L/100km as an example) , But it will also spend nearly 50% of the time spent on the road. If you plan to travel for more than a week, and you have multiple tourist destinations or there is more demand for cars in the local area, the cost saved by driving a pure electric vehicle is still considerable; if the entire travel cycle is not long, With only 4-5 days or less, it is obvious that driving a pure electric vehicle will take a higher proportion of the time spent on the road, which is not cost-effective for most people who are already precious on vacation.
